Our Custom LVP Staircase Process
Avoid standard raised stair noses. Your stairs are wrapped in the same LVP as your floors for one continuous look.
Precision Stair Tread Evaluation
First we check each Virginia Beach staircase for loose treads, settling and out-of-level steps. Loose treads are screwed down and shimmed so nothing creaks under the new vinyl.
Custom Heat-Bending Fabrication
Each nosing is formed from the same LVP as your floor, heated and shaped to wrap the edge of the step. That gives the stairs the same look as the floor, without bulky overlapping trim pieces.
Rigid Subfloor Adhesive Bonding
Treads and risers are glued down with a construction-grade adhesive made for vinyl on stairs. Fully bonded treads stay put, even with sandy feet running up and down all summer.
